1. 分子免疫学研究:以家蝇和沼虾等为实验材料,研究动物先天免疫应答过程,包括免疫识别、免疫信号的调理和转导、转录激活及效应分子合成等。

2. 环境毒理学研究:以大型溞和家蝇等为模式动物,研究机体对环境胁迫和典型污染物响应的分子机制,重点关注线粒体在生物适应中的作用。
