科研领域:植物微生物组学、微生物群落生态学、真菌学

重要农作物的植物微生物组学,主要为小麦共生真菌的群落组成、构建机制、以及种间互作。

极端环境下的微生物群落生态学,主要为干旱荒漠生境中环境真菌和抗逆植物共生真菌的生物多样性与群落生物学。

真菌的分类学、分子系统学与生物多样性。
